In this policy, "days" means calendar days. "Business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

1. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the following countries:

• Australia
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• United States

Some items may only be available in certain regions. Availability is shown on each product page.

2. HOW YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED

Orders are fulfilled through our regional fulfillment partners. In most cases, your order ships from a facility within your own country.

The delivery options available to you, and their cost, are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification, with tracking, once your order has shipped.

Delivery takes another 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Total time from order to delivery: 4–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can extend these times.

4. SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on orders of $49 USD or more, or the equivalent in your local currency. The exact amount for your country is shown on our website and at checkout.

Orders below that amount are charged a shipping fee based on your delivery address. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

All charges that apply to your order, including any taxes or fees, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken. You will not be charged anything beyond the total shown at checkout.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive it.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or issue a refund for the item less any shipping costs incurred.

7. DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@bestlearning.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging where possible.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and complete with all components, inserts, and accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. UK customers cancelling under their legal right: see section 8.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@bestlearning.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send anything back before we approve your request. Items returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded. This does not apply to UK customers exercising their legal cancellation or rejection rights (see section 8), but contacting us first is still the quickest way to get the right return address and a prepaid label.

Once we approve your return, we will email you a prepaid return label and the correct return address. Because we fulfill orders from several locations, the return address depends on where your order shipped from — we will confirm it when we approve your return. Please send the item back within 14 days of receiving your return label.

3. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Where consumer law in your country gives you a stronger right, that law applies instead. See "Your legal rights" below.

4. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bestlearning.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and cover the cost of returning the item.

United Kingdom customers. The 7-day reporting period above does not apply to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods, goods not as described, or goods not fit for purpose for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that does not fix the problem, a refund or price reduction. In every case we cover the reasonable cost of returning the item, and we refund you within 14 calendar days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund, without any deduction or fee.

5. ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK

• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, are missing parts, or are not in their original packaging
• Items returned without an approved return request

These exclusions do not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods, or any statutory cancellation right that applies to you.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval, and we email you when the refund has been issued. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days after that to post it to your account. If you have not received it by then, contact us at info@bestlearning.com.

Refunds cover the price you paid for the returned item. Original shipping charges are refunded in full where the return is due to a fault, damage, or our error. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refunded.

United Kingdom customers. The 14-business-day timing above does not apply to you. If you cancel within your 14-day cancellation period (see section 8), we refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only. The cost of the prepaid return label is deducted as shown in section 3. We refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier.

8. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Those rights apply in addition to this policy.

United Kingdom. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email at info@bestlearning.com. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. If you cancel, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund (see section 3). This does not apply to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — we pay for those returns. The right to cancel applies to sale and discounted items as well as full-price ones. You may open and handle the item as you would in a store; if it has been handled more than that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value rather than refuse it. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (see section 4).

Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Canada and the United States. You have rights under the consumer protection law of your province or state. This policy is in addition to those rights, not a replacement for them.
