What age is this toy for?
Each product page shows the recommended age range. Most of our toys fit into 4 categories: 6-36 months, 3-5 years, 5+ years, or all ages. Use these as a guide, not a rule — every child is different.
Are the toys safe?
Yes. All Best Learning products pass ASTM (US) and EN71 (Europe) safety standards. Materials are non-toxic, parts are sized to avoid choking risk for the recommended age, and we test every batch before it ships.
Do they need batteries?
Most of our electronic toys (talking pens, learning tablets) use AAA or AA batteries. Batteries are NOT included in the box — we tell you this on the product page. Use alkaline batteries for best performance.
Do they work without internet?
Yes. Every Best Learning product is 100% screen-free and works completely offline. No app, no Wi-Fi, no account needed.
Where are they made?
Designed in Taipei, Taiwan. Manufactured in our own facilities. We've been doing this since 1984.
Are there awards?
Yes. Our products have been recognized by Parents' Choice Awards, Mom's Choice Awards, Tillywig Brain Child Award, and others. Specific awards are listed on the individual product pages.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can edit or cancel it. Email info@bestlearning.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia directly. Other countries — email us at info@bestlearning.com and we'll quote shipping.

My item arrived broken. What do I do?
Email info@bestlearning.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can checkout as a guest. But making an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get faster checkout next time.
