1. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the following countries:

Some items may only be available in certain regions. Availability is shown on each product page.

2. HOW YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED

Orders are fulfilled through our regional fulfilment partners. In most cases, your order ships from a facility within your own country.

The delivery options available to you, and their cost, are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification, with tracking, once your order has shipped.

Delivery takes a further 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Total time from order to delivery: 4–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can extend these times.

4. SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on orders over $49.

Orders below that amount are charged a shipping fee based on your delivery address. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

All charges that apply to your order, including any taxes or fees, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken. You will not be charged anything beyond the total shown at checkout.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive it.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or issue a refund for the item less any shipping costs incurred.

7. DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@bestlearning.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging where possible.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and complete with all components, inserts, and accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@bestlearning.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send anything back before we approve your request. Items returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded.

Once we approve your return, we will email you a prepaid return label and the correct return address. Because we fulfil from several locations, the return address depends on where your order shipped from — we will confirm it when we approve your return. Please send the item back within 14 days of receiving your return label.

3. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Where consumer law in your country gives you a stronger right, that law applies instead. See "Your legal rights" below.

4. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at info@bestlearning.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and cover the cost of returning the item.

5. ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK

• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, are missing parts, or are not in their original packaging
• Items returned without an approved return request

These exclusions do not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods, or any statutory cancellation right that applies to you.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us at info@bestlearning.com.

Refunds cover the price you paid for the returned item. Original shipping charges are refunded in full where the return is due to a fault, damage, or our error. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refunded.

8. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Those rights apply in addition to this policy.

United Kingdom. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. This right applies to sale and discounted items as well as full-price ones. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Canada and the United States. You have rights under the consumer protection law of your province or state. This policy is in addition to those rights, not a replacement for them.
